Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work once a return is approved under our Shipping & Returns policy.

Approved Returns

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase, before production begins. After that window, your order enters production and can no longer be cancelled, though our standard return policy still applies once it arrives.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card issuer, as processing times vary. If you still have questions, contact us and we'll help track it down.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are final sale.
