Processing Time
Every piece is made to order or hand-finished in small batches. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order ships.
Shipping
- We ship via USPS and UPS within the United States.
- Standard shipping is a flat $5, and free on orders of $75 or more.
- Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location.
- You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships — you can also track it under My Account → Orders.
Returns
We accept returns of unused, unlit items within 14 days of delivery. Because candles are handmade and often made to order, lit or used candles cannot be returned unless damaged or defective on arrival.
- Contact us to start a return and receive a return shipping address.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.
- Custom or personalized pieces are final sale.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with a photo of the item and packaging and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
